Why all of the questions?

Transformative Questions, the name of my consultancy, reflects the inquisitive nature of my professional practice and my desire to create something that opens the world up rather than narrowing it down, to reveal things that not everyone can see… but should.

I specialize in working with nonprofit leaders—particularly those in the cultural sector, like museums, public gardens, and performing arts centers—to transform their organizations in ways that will better help them achieve their missions. Through active inquiry, empathy, and a healthy dose of design thinking, I help uncover the root of contemporary organizational challenges and find the most effective ways to address them.

I’m great at solving problems, but my superpower is asking questions. I’m curious about the way things work—and why they sometimes don’t work. Being willing to examine new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and collaboratively create solutions will be at the heart of our work together.
